Hickory Ridge Living History Museum invites you to explore six log cabins and additional outbuildings presented by 18th century re-enactors and docents from May 7, 2016 through November 26, 2016. The museum is open every Saturday morning from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, during the adjacent farmers market in the parking lot of Daniel Boone Park. Call 828-264-2120 if you have questions. Donations for admissions are accepted and appreciated.
The museum is also open evenings, 5:30-8:00 p.m., June 18 through August 6, 2016, during the 65th season of “Horn in the West” Revolutionary War outdoor drama. Hickory Ridge Living History Museum and “Horn in the West” outdoor drama are produced by nonprofit Southern Appalachian Historical Association, Inc., 501(c)3.
