Elopement Package- starting at $875

Includes:

2 hour private access to predetermined outdoor location or barn for party of up to 10
Use of chairs, tables, linens, and dishes for up to 10 people (in barn or outside only)
Unlimited access for outdoor photos on property. Limited access to predetermined indoor photo areas
Parking for up to 5 cars free of charge
Overnight stay in one of our guest suites for the wedding couple
Breakfast delivered to room for the morning after wedding
Lovill House Inn staff member to help with vendor coordination
Flowers in room for couple, 1 bouquet and 1 boutonniere

Add ons:

Lovill House Inn chef catered private dinner for wedding couple. Cost varies based on menu and plating
Lovill House Inn chef catered specials for up to 6 guests (ie. charcuterie for guests upon arrival, smores/snacks and hot cocoa/cider by the fire, 9:30am brunch, pastries and coffee to go for guests when they leave, desserts, etc). Costs vary based on menu and plating
On site massage therapy and facials. Cost varies based on services booked

Wedding Package: Tie the Knot Venue for You

Note: 2 night minimum stay required

The Lovill House Inn is the perfect venue for small weddings. We offer 11 acres of gardens and forest with several areas that are perfect for outdoor or small indoor weddings . Bring your closest friends and family to stay in our six luxury guest suites in the historic, recently renovated main house and the separate 2 bedroom Lovill Cabin. Additional rooms can be booked at our nearby lodging partners. Maximum capacity for the barn is 49 guests and for the Inn dining room is 24 guests.

Property features:

A historic home built in 1875 with 6 guests suites with private baths
A 2-bedroom cabin with front and back porches, full kitchen,dining area, and indoor fireplace
A historic barn (capacity 49) that has been restored with an upper area for dining,ceremony, and live music
A wrap around porch, beautiful gazebo, flagstone patio, waterfall, gardens, hiking trails (with views), 2 firepits, all within walking distance of downtown Boone
In house staff and chef (additional fees may apply)
All on property parking and access to overflow parking free of charge for up to 20 cars

Full Day/Night Access Package 11am-11am next day- starting at $6,000

Includes:

Access to all outdoor locations on property
Access to Lovill Cabin (including both bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen)
Access to Inn dining room, living room, and guest bathroom
- Access to 6 guest suites for day or overnight use for an additional cleaning fee of $100 per room. Additional nights, beyond the 11am- 11am rental, may be purchased at the regular seasonal room rate
Use of all tables, chairs, linens, dishware (matching service for 25, mismatched service for 50)
Use of Inn kitchen for licensed contracted caterer (additional cleaning fee of $150 if not left clean)
Lovill House Inn staff member to help with vendor coordination. All events over 15 guests must have a professional day of coordinator
